How To Crack ZIP Files Password

Hey Folks, in this tutorial we are going to talk about an another ZIP file password cracking tool. The tool is coded in python language and it can only Crack files with the *.zip Formatand Can not Crack files in .rar format. In this tutorial, we will tell you how we can crack the password of any protected zip file through this tool.

Installation

As always we will download it from github first by git command. After downloading we will go to the directory and use the tool with the help of python command.

git clone https://github.com/The404Hacking/ZIP-Password-BruteForcer
cd ZIP-Password-BruteForcer
python ZIP-Password-BruteForcer.py

After successfully booting the tool, you will see the interface of this tool like the image below. As we can see it gives us two options out of which we will select the first option.

After that it will ask us the location of the zip file and the wordlist as you can see in the image below.

Great 🙂 !! As soon as we submit the details, it finds a valid password in a few seconds. After that we can unzip the file using that valid password.
